 Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. That means unopened. Please carefully inspect your new print before opening!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The Fine Print

Please note, that all prints come without frames, unless stated otherwise. We are not a framing experts and don’t want to compromise the quality of your new print. The product photos are there so that you can envision how it will look once framed. If you feel like you were misled and you’re not satisfied with your print, reach out to concierge@yyzexposed.com.

Also, actual colors and crops may appear slightly different than the product photos. All monitors (including your mobile) have different color profiles and brightness levels. Trust us, the prints are breath taking, but please keep this in mind when purchasing.
