Q: Do the prints come framed?
A: No, these are only prints. We are not a framing experts and don’t want to compromise the quality of your new print. The product photos are there so that you can envision how it will look once framed. If you feel like you were misled and you’re not satisfied with your print, reach out to concierge@yyzexposed.com.

Q: Why does my print look different than the website photos?
A: Actual colors and crops may appear slightly different than the product photos. All monitors (including your mobile) have different color profiles and brightness. If you are not satisfied with your print, for any reason, please reach out to concierge@yyzexposed.com.

Q: When will my print be shipped?
A: All orders are shipped within 7–14 business days, depending on the print sizes ordered and quantities remaining.

Q: Why hasn’t my order arrived?
A: The World is a big place, but rest assured it’s on the way. Please refer to your tracking number or reach out to concierge@yyzexposed.com and we will get your sorted.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes and no. Please refer to the returns page for more detailed answer.

Q: What kind of camera do you use?
A: All photos are taken with a Canon 6D—with various lenses (mostly 50mm and 24-108mm)
